Carol Service 2015

On Wednesday 16th December, we held our annual Candlelit Carol Service and this year it was hosted by Lynn Banham, one of our local Civil Celebrants, with the Bury St Edmunds Salvation Army Band once again accompanying the carols.

It was a beautiful service and, along with the fun, there was an opportunity for everyone attending to light a candle in memory of a loved one no longer with us. This was a particularly moving moment as the chapel was filled with twinkling lights.

After the service, everyone joined us for a buffet and a drink, courtesy of L. Fulcher Funeral Directors. Thanks also to the East of England Co-op for providing the service sheets and Armstrongs Funeral Service for the Christmas lights and deer.
